127 N. Main Street – 1 of 2 locations providing senior services, home and community services, and adult day services
Brooklyn House – An ICF/ID community home for four people.
Bruielly House – An ICF/ID community home for four people.
First Street – A community home for five people.
Lambs Creek- 1 of 2 locations providing home and community services and adult day services
Seventh Street – A community home for three people.
Third Street – A community home for three people.
Westgate House – An ICF/ID community home for four people.
Troy, PA Locations
Troy Day Program – situated in Troy, PA this location includes, a swimming pool, fitness center, senior center, dining room, and an assortment of settings where adult day services are provided.
Brown House- A community home for 4 people
CopperTree Day Program Facility – where day services are provided, along with the CopperTree shop.
Creekside – An ICF/ID community home for four people.
Exhange Street – A community home for four people.
Orchard Grove 1 and 2 – A community home for seventeen people.
West Main – An ICF/ID community home for fourteen people.
Wissinger Administrative Building – This building houses the majority of the administrative personnel for Martha Lloyd Community Services.

Burlington Turnpike- A community home for one person
Sylvania, PA Location
Sylvania Road – A community home for four people.
Blossburg, PA Location
Blossburg House – A community home for four people.
Canton, PA Locations
Cedar Street –A community home for four people
Center Street House – A community home for four people
Fassett Street – A community home for four people
Wellsboro, PA Location
Mt Zion- A community home for two people
