Corporate Structure
Martha Lloyd Community Services is comprised of five corporate structures:
- Martha Lloyd School, Inc.
- Martha Lloyd Intermediate Care Facility, Inc.
- Martha Lloyd Services, Inc.
- Martha Lloyd Community Residential Facility, Inc.
- CopperTree, Inc.
All five corporations are governed by a Board of Directors. Our Board members give their time on a voluntary basis, come from a wide geographic area, and represent a multitude of different backgrounds.
1095’s, for the 2025 reporting year, are now available. Anyone requesting copies of their 1095, please contact Becky Rigby, Payroll Specialist, at brigby@marthalloyd.org or Judy Kahl, HR Director, at jkahl@marthalloyd.org in writing with your request for a copy of this document.
